THE COMPANY

RISO MEDITERRANEO is a high-quality rice produced in Sardinia, the Italian island in the centre of the Mediterranean Sea. The rice is cultivated in fields at a few kilometres from the sea. A constant ventilation and a low thermal escursion ensure the natural salubrity of cultures as well as particularly bright grains.
